Are courses suitable for any country?
Yes. We include ingredient substitutions and explain what matters (fat %, hydration, acidity) so you can swap local products confidently. Measurements are provided in grams where possible for consistency.
Do I get a certificate?
Many courses include a completion certificate. If the course offers one, it becomes available after you finish all required lessons and pass the quick end-check. The certificate is issued as a downloadable PDF.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is transparent: a one-time fee per course. No hidden charges. If a course includes optional ingredient kits (where available), they’re clearly separated from digital access.
Can I learn without photos?
Absolutely. Our instructions focus on timing, sound, aroma, temperature, and texture cues—so you can cook confidently even with limited visuals. Where helpful, we include “what to look for” descriptions in plain language.
How long do I have access after purchase?
Access is long-term through your account for the purchased course. If we release improvements (clarifications, extra tips, updated ingredient notes), you’ll see them automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have an access issue or the course isn’t functioning as described, contact support and we’ll fix it quickly. If we can’t resolve it within a reasonable time, we’ll review a refund request case-by-case.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Many recipes include substitution notes. For complex restrictions (gluten-free baking, nut allergies), use the “Ask a question” form—share what you need and we’ll recommend the best path or safer alternatives.
